Millenium Vocational Digital Training Institute (MVDTI), is an online Vocational Education Institution. We are empowering high-quality, personalized and digital learning. We make the most of technology to support inspired teaching and interactive curriculum (as provided by the Namibia Training Authority), so students can learn in the ways that work for them. We offer courses for beginners and advanced studies, as well as free beginner’s courses for youth, who are currently unemployed and not participating in training or education programs. 

Even though our courses are online-based, MVTDI has a physical workshop in Ongwediva which will aid students with practical tasks and assessments to ensure that they are well equipped for the market. We also understand that technical skills cannot easily be acquired in a vacuum but rather in a well-established and functional workshop equipped with the right tools and machines for the effective implementation of the program.

Mr. Parastus Nepolo is the founder and owner of Millenium Vocational Digital Training institute. Nepolo holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Refrigeration and Air conditioning), a Certificate of Participation in Good Practices and Recovery and Recycling of Refrigerant, Certificate In SME Business Management, Certificate in Business Awareness and Certificate of attendance in the Use of Hydrocarbons to mention a few. 

Nepolo Is the Managing Director of Millenium Refrigeration and Electrical services, Namibian & Tanzanian Group, Namibian & Rwandan Group, Paralo Investment CC, Habesha Africa Investment Pty Ltd, Voraltex Trading CC and he serves as the national Board of NCCI, the President of the Heat, Ventilation and Cooling Association in Namibia. He also serves on the Liquor License Board of Namibia.
